Sears or SHLD is now a penny stock on the verge of bankruptcy possibly by the end of the week.

Sears is reportedly trying to stay open under bankruptcy laws but their creditors want a liquidation.

Biggest problem is/was that Sears has sold off the assets that would come in play during a bankruptcy which many saw coming.

Lacy needs to be asked how did that Sig Sigma trained executive management team benefit Sears & Roebuck. It's seems like the only numbers that worked out were his exit package.

What I cant believe is that asswagon lampert is not behind bars yet. How do you get away with being the owner of a company (esl hedgefunds)and making the loans that obviously are going to require collateral (ie;sears properties) to be put up for the loans he made to sears, while also being the ceo of sears and making the decisions on what properties to use for collateral?(most likely the highest valued ones)That's the same thing as playing chess on both sides of the chess board and making sure the side you want to, wins! But the whole time there's really only one player!! And to think they put Martha Stewart in jail for far less!!
